HMW STATEMENTS

- How might we benchmark the filters and the details provided?
- How might we make the owner fill the most details about his property?
IDEATION
While the owner is listing his property, he puts in filter expectations of a tenant and tenant (user) puts in their filters first thing on the website, overlapping results show.
Landing page has all the filters. User has to enter location and select applicable filters. Same filters parameters are seen by the owner while posting the property. This will ensure proper benchmarking.
Make buyer categories- fixed personas. Expected filters to be filled by owner while listing property. Eg. student (persona-1), family (persona-2)
Show properties only fulfilling specific filters entered by the user, narrowing the choices down. Might show more properties later.

FEATURE LIST

2. Comparison for individual properties with individual features rather than a comparison of society or construction.
3. All important filters available together on one page, instead of being scattered.
